Hi, I’m Sara Vatore! After working with hundreds of athletes both individually and in groups in my role as a peak performance coach, it quickly became clear that there’s simple but ESSENTIAL information missing from foundational education about how our brain and body work, and how this can impact athletic performance.

Fortunately, you can learn how to help your body feel confident, strengthen your capacity for mental toughness and eliminate fear during competitions!

With a simple plan, you can develop the laser focus needed to access your skill and potential, even under high pressure situations.

I created this accessible workshop because every athlete should have the tools to make their competition execution easier and more consistent!

What athletes, coaches, and parents are saying about working with Sara:

“I can not thank Sara enough for the amazing work she did with my 13 year old daughter, who is a competitive cheerleader. She was under a lot of stress then scared and hurt herself during tumbling and completely stopped tumbling. Working with Sara, she gave her an entire belt of tools to use in different situations, from balking to bullying, which allowed her to overcome her fears and get back to the level she was before the incident. Thank you, Sara!!”

— Parent of a Middle School Cheerleader

“Even though I love riding and showjumping, I came to a point where I dreaded competitions and could only wish them over. This resulted many times in mistakes and freeze ups during my rounds. Working with Sara through solid mental techniques and new understandings, I was able to learn to be in the moment and unlock the riding skills I had during high pressure moments. Now, even with bigger competitions, I’m able to focus my energy on the things I should and, more importantly, immensely enjoy what I am doing.”

— 27 Year Old Equestrian

“Sara is an expert in her field! The progress we’ve seen in our gymnasts is absolutely amazing! We have a few gymnasts with fear issues, and since using Sara’s strategies and techniques, their progress has been phenomenal. We’ve seen great improvements in confidence not only in the gym but during the meets too. Sara is the “missing link” in our program that is making everything gel together...not just with the athletes, but the coaches too.”

— Talya Vexler, Owner Hampshire Gymnastics Amherst MA

“Thanks to Sara, after just a few sessions, our son was able to complete the dives he’s been “stuck” on for over a year now! With the diligent use of many of the tools Sara has taught him, he confidently completes the back 1-1/2 and reverse 1-1/2 with no hesitation! He will be able to use these same tools in the future for new challenging dives… and challenges in life as well! Thank you so much for helping him to love the sport of competitive diving again!”
